We are all raising our children in Bucks County and everything we do as a company is intended to improve our community, build relationships with our neighbors and set an example for our children. Nathan brings years of expertise in providing tailored solutions for residential and commercial projects. A lifelong Lower Bucks County resident, Nathan lives with his wife and two kids. His deep connection to the community, combined with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, ensures that every project meets the highest standards.

Justin Reilly

Home Improvement Specialist

Justin has spent over 15 years working with Homeowners Associations throughout PA and NJ. He was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and 2 kids.

Drew Dickinson

Home Improvement Specialist

Drew has been working in the construction industry for nearly 20 years as a carpenter on both residential and commercial projects. Drew was born in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and three daughters.

Bob Kovak

Production Manager

Bob (a.k.a. Coach) has over a decade of experience in the roofing industry and has a vast knowledge of the Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System. Bob is very involved in the local community coaching youth soccer, baseball and basketball. Bob was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and 2 kids.

John Paul Adamson

Sr. Project Manager

JP is our leader on the job sites as our Senior Project Manager. He is a lifelong Bristol resident and known throughout Bucks County for always lending a helping hand.

Eric Marseglia

Contract Manager

Eric is a former contracts and real estate attorney that now works behind the scenes for Riddick Roofing. Eric was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and 3 children.

Joseph Bockin

Home Improvement Specialist

Joe proudly served in the United States Army, honorably discharging as a Staff Sergeant. Following his decade of service, Joe earned his bachelor’s degree at Penn State University and has worked in various security and enforcement roles before joining Riddick Roofing. Joe’s family has called Bucks County home for over 100 years. Joe was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and three sons.
