Justin has spent over 15 years working with Homeowners Associations throughout PA and NJ. He was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and 2 kids.

 Drew has been working in the construction industry for nearly 20 years as a carpenter on both residential and commercial projects. Drew was born in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and three daughters.

Eric is a former contracts and real estate attorney that now works behind the scenes for Riddick Roofing. Eric was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and 3 children.

 Bob (a.k.a. Coach) has over a decade of experience in the roofing industry and has a vast knowledge of the Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System. Bob is very involved in the local community coaching youth soccer, baseball and basketball. Bob was born and raised in Lower Bucks County and still resides there with his wife and 2 kids.

 JP is our leader on the job sites as our Senior Project Manager. He is a lifelong Bristol resident and known throughout Bucks County for always lending a helping hand.
